The Rebirth in Pure Land Dhāraṇī is a key mantra in Pure Land practice, often recited during funerals, memorial services, or when remembering the deceased. Practitioners may also chant this daily to pray for themselves and all beings to be reborn in the Western Pure Land.
Preparation & offerings
Before reciting the dhāraṇī, light incense, calm your mind, face the Three Jewels, and make the aspiration for rebirth in the Pure Land.
